If you have paid for your participation and thereby accepted the spot at the larp you will still be able to get a refund up to 2 months before the event, the 18th of july 2025. We will keep a fee of 55 in euro in order to cover administrative costs and in order to be able to offer the ticket to a reduced cost for late reserves.
If you have to cancel later than that we will keep the full fee for the larp in order to subsidize the tickets for the reserve list.
